About

Welcome to Ops&Bits! I’m Drew, a United States Air Force member with a passion for technology and a strong interest in how it can enhance everyday life. For over nine years, I’ve served as a Special Missions Aviator, gaining experience in high-pressure problem-solving, teamwork, and technical operations. While my professional background is rooted in aviation, technology has always been a central part of my life—from building custom PCs to troubleshooting software issues and exploring the latest tech innovations.

Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Technology at UAGC. My studies focus on developing a strong foundation in IT concepts, programming, and software systems, which I plan to leverage as I transition into a career in information technology after my military service. My long-term goal is to work in software development or systems administration, and I have a particular interest in applying technology to real-world challenges, such as developing drones for search and rescue operations.

Through this blog, I hope to share insights on the latest technology trends, practical tips, and personal discoveries that can inspire and inform others. Ops&Bits is my space to explore the evolving world of technology and show how it can make our lives smarter, safer, and more connected.
